How to register and what to do next
- Step 1: Complete and submit the online registration form. You will soon receive an information packet of helpful materials in the mail.
- Step 2: Plan your fundraising strategy. Browse our helpful list of fundraising ideas.
- Step 3: Create your personalized fundraising webpage and draft pledge letters and sponsor forms for your supporters who may not have access to the internet. (Sample pledge letter and sponsor form)
- Step 4: Ask your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to visit your website or fill out a sponsor form to support your efforts.
- Step 5: Attend an optional Build-A-Thon orientation or workshop to learn more and get inspired. (Schedule of orientations and workshops will be coming soon.)
- Step 6: Attend the event and help build homes!
- Step 7: When the homes are completed and the event is over, join us at the after party! All Build-A-Thon participants are welcome to attend. (Information about the party will be coming soon.)
