Having served 200 families in our first 20 years, we have launched a campaign to serve the next 200 families in just five years. Join us!

Habitat for Humanity Build-A-ThonAnnouncing the 2010 Build-A-Thon!

The dates for the 2010 Earth Day Build-A-Thon have been set for April 17th - 20th, and this year we aim to frame 10 homes in 4 days. This year's event will be held at the Kinsell Commons at Tassafaronga development in Oakland.

Double the impact of your car donation today through a special grant awarded to Habitat East Bay by the Cars for Homes Program. Right now, your vehicle donation will be matched dollar for dollar to help transform foreclosed homes into homeownership opportunities for low-income families - supporting our efforts to address the East Bay foreclosure crisis.

Foreclosure ProgramEast Bay Foreclosure Solutions

Habitat for Humanity East Bay has launched the Neighborhood Stabilization program in partnership with The City of Hayward and Contra Costa County to help solve the East Bay foreclosure crisis.  Habitat East Bay has been awarded $3 million to acquire foreclosed properties  - turning neighborhood blight into low-income homeownership opportunities.
