2010 Earth Day Build-A-Thon

Join us April 17th through 20th in Oakland for our biggest building and fundraising event of the year!  This year we will be building 10 homes in just 4 days at the Kinsell Commons development.

Executive Build

The Habitat East Bay Executive Build is an exclusive half day build that brings Bay Area top executive level officers together to volunteer on site. The event gives executives a great opportunity to give back to the community by swinging a hammer, while also creating an environment for senior executives to network and learn more about how their company can get involved with Habitat East Bay.

NSP Kick-Off Event

Join us February 4th at 10am for the kick-off event of Habitat for Humanity East Bay's Neighborhood Stabilization Program in Contra Costa County. In partnership with the government of Contra Costa County, Habitat East Bay will be rehabilitating foreclosed properties and converting them into homeownership opportunities for low-income families.

Edes Avenue 20-Home Dedication

On December 12th, 2009 Habitat East Bay held the largest home dedication in the affiiliate's history.  More than 200 people braved the elements to welcome the new families to the Edes Avenue development in Oakland.  The event was the culmination of the hard work of partner families, community volunteers and countless community partnerships.
