Habitat East Bay events bring the community together to help our mission to build affordable homeownership opportunities for low-income families. Whether it's banging nails, celebrating milestones or learning more about our organizations, events help continue the momentum to revitalize our East Bay communities.

Earth Day Build-A-Thon

The annual Habitat East Bay Build-A-Thon was bigger than ever in 2009. We framed 20 homes in just four days! The Build-A-Thon was not only our biggest build of the year, but out largest fundraiser as well. More than 800 volunteers raised $200,000 to help transform the Edes Avenue community in Oakland.

Executive Build

The Habitat East Bay Executive Build is an exclusive half day build that brings Bay Area top executive level officers together to volunteer on site. The event gives executives a great opportunity to give back to the community by swinging a hammer, while also creating an environment for senior executives to network and learn more about how their company can get involved with Habitat East Bay.
